Ropes

Manufacturing of ropes for different purposes makes a large proportion of manufacturing program. One of these is a popular bag rope, in different colours, patterns and diameters. Our manufacturing program is universal and it is shown trough the fact that the buyer can choose the colour of the rope beside its diameter. We use a spectrum of around 20 basic colours in the continous manufacturing process. If there is a specific colour the buyer wants we can meet the buyers need and prepare the color we have never used before. We can also make a multi-coloured rope during the knitting process of it. Manufacturing procces is not limited in any way. According to the needs of our buyers we are manufacturing round ropes with different diameters. Diameter of a rope is not a problem; buyers can practically determine any rope diameter they want. Depending on the final purphose of the rope its ands can be processed differently. As shown in the picture ropes can have metal ends. These are used in the graphics industry to tighten fascicles. If there is a wish we can put metal anchors at the end of the rope. These types of ropes have a function of bag handle holder. Mixture of different materials is also not limited only to natural materials. Our knitted ropes can also be elastic.

Shoelaces

Very important part of our manufacturing process is the production of shoelaces. ‘’Neno’’ d.o.o. has achieved a very important position in the Republic of Srpska/BIH in this type of manufacturing. It also has a good position in the European shoe industry. Different types of shoes ask for different types of shoelaces. According to this shoelaces will differ in durability, shape, length, color, structure, etc.
Our products can meet the buyer’s needs by each of these parameters. Color spectrum in which shoelaces are produced is practically the same as the color spectrum for rope manufacturing. If there is a specific color the buyer wants we can meet the buyers need and prepare the color we have never used before. We can also make a multi-colour shoelaces during the knitting process of it.
The most common are round and flat shoelaces. During the finishing process we put the celluloid tape at the and of each shoelaces. This gives them special durability and quality. We can also wax shoelaces if this is asked for in order. During this type of process, laces, which are made of 100% cotton, are covered with wax. This way the quality of a lace is additionally improved. Usability of lace is increased up to 6 times this way, and it becomes shiny on outside. ‘’Neno’’ shoelaces are well known by the modern blister packing that is purposed for retail stores. Usual packing is made of 10 blister packaging in a box for each length of a lace. For larger orders of laces in blister packagins we give a stand for blister packaging free of charge.

Elastic and non-elastic tapes

We also have machines for weaving of elastic and non-elastic tapes up to the width of 40mm in our production process. All weaved products are made of artificial and natural materials. We can name a few different products that are made in this sector of production: hemmed tapes, demonstrative tapes, capital tapes, decorative tapes, sashes for window blind, belts for bags and backpacks, belts, elastics tapes for underwaer and other already named products from the weaving sector.

‘’Jacquard’’ elastic and non-elastic tapes

Last new item of our company is the newly bought machine for weaving in Jacquard. With this type of waving elastic and non-elastic types up to 40mm in width are produced. Different inscriptions can be weaved in these types on a buyer request. These tapes are also made of natural and artificial materials, in colors thet a buyer ask for.
